Jane Osler is a strategic partner with RCA and has worked with members of the RCA team for over a decade in various roles and consulting assignments. Jane is the founder and President of PJ Osler & Associates, a dynamic marketing and analytic consulting firm, that specializes in uncovering information and insights for fact-based business decision making. Jane has worked on market research and strategic planning for numerous clients; some of which include Parks Canada, Canadian Tourism Commission, Rocky Mountaineer Vacations, Tourism British Columbia, Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort, and Terasen Gas. Jane is a marketing and research executive with almost 30 years dedicated to the discipline, her experience is extensive in leading cross-functional teams and projects in the leisure, travel and retail sectors. She provides insights and recommendations that lead to the identification of business opportunities, development of customer-centric strategies, and actions that result in increased profitability. Jane began her career in Toronto gaining experience in various marketing and research positions. She relocated to Vancouver as President of Infogroup, a full-service national research company with offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto. Jane was also the Vice President, Customer and Market Research for Intrawest, a premier resort developer and operator. Jane is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies.
